Privacy Policy

AKA “The Lawyer-Said-So 💩”

Effective Date: October 26, 2026
Last Updated: October 26, 2026

Who We Are

Paladin Executive Protection Services, LLC (“Paladin EPS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website located at https://paladin-eps.com (the “Site”).

We are a Florida-based provider of discreet executive, personal, family, and property protection services. Consistent with the confidentiality and professionalism that define our work, we are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with our Site.

Comments

When visitors submit comments on the Site, we collect the information provided in the comment form (typically name, email address, website, and the comment itself), along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user-agent string. This information is used to help detect and prevent spam and abuse.

An anonymized hash of your email address may be transmitted to the Gravatar service to determine whether you are using a Gravatar profile. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once a comment is approved, your profile image (if any) may be displayed publicly alongside your comment.

Media

If you upload images or other media to the Site, please do not include embedded location data (such as EXIF GPS coordinates). Visitors to the Site may be able to download and extract any location or other metadata contained in uploaded images.

Cookies

If you leave a comment, you may choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies for your convenience. These cookies are optional and last for one year.

When you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal information and is discarded when you close your browser.

If you log in, we set several cookies to save your login information and screen display preferences. Login cookies last for two days (or two weeks if you select “Remember Me”). Screen-options cookies last for one year. Logging out of your account removes the login cookies.

If you edit or publish content, an additional cookie may be stored in your browser. This cookie contains no personal data and simply records the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after one day.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles or pages on the Site may include embedded content from third-party websites (for example, videos, images, or articles). Embedded content behaves in the same manner as if you had visited the third-party website directly.

These third-party sites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional tracking technologies, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including tracking your activity if you are logged into an account on that third-party site.

Who We Share Your Data With

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email for security and verification purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Limited sharing may occur with service providers that help us operate the Site (for example, spam-detection services) solely as necessary to perform those functions.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its associated metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to recognize and automatically approve follow-up comments rather than holding them in a moderation queue.

If you register an account on the Site, we store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You may view, edit, or delete this information at any time (except your username). Website administrators may also view and edit this information.

Where Your Data Is Sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam-detection service.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
